Motavia meaning Motor Aviation, and Ultra-Tec meaning Ultra Technical equals computerized aviation motor. Invented by engineers at Klaymor LTD. in England, after four years of development and five years of manufacturing, the company was purchased by Wilderness ATV LLC in Waukesha, WI. USA; in 1995 for sole use in their vehicles.

The owner of Wilderness ATV was tragically killed in an auto accident and the company assets were sold. SNO-BUS MFG. CO. INC. purchased the assets and are liquidating the complete Motavia Ultra-Tec asset.

Two complete engines, ll molds, tooling, technical, parts, etc. required to produce this engine are included in the seed business package. Presently there are enough parts to produce over 40 engines. In 2001 the engines and computerized dash sold for $10,000 each. Over a five year period 300 engines were produced by Klaymor LTD. and sold all over the world. There is currently demand for parts.

Parts inventory into complete engines could yield over $400,000.
