Sold “as-is, where-is”
Items are being sold in their actual current condition, with all faults and defects, and with all errors of description. Purple Wave and the seller make no warranty as to the condition of the item.
Bidder accepts the item “with all faults”, whether or not immediately apparent. Bidder is responsible for ascertaining actual current condition through personal inspection and careful review of the description, pictures, video and/or support documentation. Bidder accepts that the amounts bid on any items are based solely on the Bidder's own independent inspection and evaluation of the items.
Purple Wave makes every effort to provide an honest, objective and fair representation of the auction item through the description, photographs, videos and/or support documentation. Bidder accepts that any statements contained in any catalogs (including purplewave.com), brochures and advertisements related to the sale are either expressions of opinion or are for identification purposes only and are not to be relied on by the Bidder as representations of fact.
Bidder should take care to satisfy all questions or concerns before placing a bid. Inspection and contact information for the seller is posted in the item details for each item. Personal, visual inspection of the items is highly recommended. Unless specifically noted, no in-depth operational evaluation has been made.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of packing, shipping and insurance related to the transfer of the items from the seller to the buyer.
