If no bids are received in the 60 minutes prior to 1:00p.m. PDT the bidding will end. If a bid is received in the 60 minutes prior to 1:00p.m. PDT the bidding will be extended for 60 minutes.
The time remaining countdown will reference the 1:00p.m. PDT bidding close time. At 1:00p.m. PDT the time remaining countdown will reflect the bid extension. Every bid after 1:00p.m. PDT will extend the bidding by 60 minutes.

Loaded with several extras this Sea Ray 31' Sundancer 310 Yacht is an opportunity you will not want to miss out on.
With her modern styling and innovative interior, the Sea Ray 310 Sundancer Yacht will undoubtedly appeal to upscale family cruisers. Like all of Sea Ray's express boats, the 310 is built on an easy-riding deep-V hull with moderate beam, cored hull sides, and a solid fiberglass bottom. Her floor plan with its double-entry centerline head is unusual in that it provides head access from the mid cabin as well as the main cabin. On deck, the spacious cockpit is arranged with a huge U-shaped lounge aft (converts into a sun pad), a wet bar, and a double-wide companion seat next to the drop-down helm seat on the bridge deck. The boat also includes a transom door and a broad swim platform.
It is simple to access the dual 350 Mercruiser engines and Kohler generator through the easily accessed engine compartment.
Extras that make this yacht one-of-a-kind include blue polyurethane paint on the hull, updated interior with wood veneer, seats 10, sleeps 6, full bath with shower, microwave, electric stove, fridge, full galley, AM/FM stereo with CD player, trim tabs and canvas bimini top. Bravo III stainless steel props.

All terms, conditions, explanations and information are intended to be supplemental and complimentary to each other. They are incorporated by reference into this page, and collectively they govern this auction. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency among terms, conditions, explanations or information in the Buy section, the individual listing pages for assets and/or this page, the individual listing pages shall control this page and the Buy section, and this page shall control the Buy section. By registering to bid live and/or on the Internet, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions and you acknowledge receipt of all explanations and information made available by Purple Wave.
Deadlines and close of Internet biddingWhile we are always looking for quality consignments, available space can never be guaranteed. Internet bidding closes one hour before the auction begins. Internet listing will be complete by 10 p.m. PDT on Monday, June 22, 2009. Full payment for Internet purchases must be paid for and picked up no later than 3 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009.
Buyer's premium
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.
Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won
If the winning bidder's credit card information is on file with Purple Wave, that card will be charged for the total purchase price plus one $30 late payment fee if payment is not otherwise timely made. If no credit card information is on file or if the information is insufficient or outdated, a $30 late payment fee will be assessed for each partial or full day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items are not removed within two business days of the auction, a $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per auction lot, per day. Storage fees will be charged on the Wednesday following the sale. If an item is not removed within fourteen (14) days after the auction, the item will be considered abandoned property, with all of the buyer's rights and interests in the property extinguished. Purple Wave and/or the seller reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies.
Payment information
All payments must be made to a Purple Wave location. Buyers who win via an Internet bid must pay for their purchased items by the end of business on the second business day after the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. Business hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m and all other days by appointment. Cash and wire transfers (wire instructions) in any amount will be accepted. Checks up to $10,000.00 will be accepted without a bank guaranty letter. Checks of $10,000.00 or greater will be accepted only with a bank guaranty letter (letter requirements) or with prior approval from Purple Wave's credit department. MasterCard or Visa will be accepted only for charges up to $2,000.00, and only after email authorization or in-person signatures are obtained from the cardholder. Purple Wave reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.
Qualifying bids and bidders
By registering to bid in this auction, you authorize Purple Wave to verify your qualification to bid. Verification may include placing a hold on your credit card, obtaining credit or bank references from third parties, obtaining deposits of any amount and/or obtaining bank guaranty letters. Purple Wave may take any or all of these measures at any point prior to or after your first bid and at any point during the auction. Purple Wave reserves the right to strike any Internet bid if the bidder refuses or fails to timely cooperate with Purple Wave's efforts to verify the bidder's qualification to bid. By registering to bid in this auction, you authorize all credit references, banks and credit reporting agencies to provide complete information about your credit to Purple Wave.
Item removal requirement
After having paid, merchandise must be removed in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location above. Merchandise located in the Purple Wave facility must be removed within two business days of the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. A paid receipt must be presented to remove items from the premises. Buyers who incur storage fees as a result of late pickup must present a paid receipt for the total invoice price and all storage fees before removing items from the premises.

Shipping is available on items in this auction, unless otherwise noted. For buyers interested in merchandise too heavy or too large for traditional shipping, or for buyers located outside the continental US, special contingencies must be arranged with us before placing bids.
