Managed by Kisner's Auction and Appraisal Services, the new Purple Wave Hays facility in Hays, Kansas is available to meet the auction needs of western Kansas. Kisner's Auction and Appraisal Services began as a part-time venture in 1985. It is now a successful, full-time auction company. Over the past 22 years, Kisner's has conducted a multitude of successful auctions in the tri-state area and throughout Kansas.
