Jeff had auctioned with Purple Wave for more than six years as a contract auctioneer before joining Purple Wave full time in 2007. He specializes in real estate, corporate accounts and charity auctions.

Jeff worked for several large corporations and the U.S. government before joining Purple Wave. He graduated auction school in 1994 and operated Ruckert Auctions, Manhattan, Kan., for more than 14 years.

Jeff is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and Kansas Auctioneers Association. As a REALTOR®, Jeff is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Kansas Association of REALTORS®. In 2008, Jeff was the Grand National Auctioneer at the National Turkey Federation.

Jeff is a graduate of Kansas State University and holds a bachelor of science degree in agriculture. In his free time, Jeff enjoys hunting and fishing with his father and son, team roping and attending his children’s sporting events.
