Dee has seven years of experience in the auction industry.

She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Kansas Association of REALTORS®, Manhattan Association of REALTORS®, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Kansas Farm Bureau, Kansas Association of Special Education Administrators, Thomas Moore Catholic Church and Leadership Kansas. In 1998, Dee was awarded the Kansas Special Education Director of the Year.

Dee has a master’s degree in secondary education from Fort Hays State University and a doctorate in education administration from Kansas State University. Her hobbies include reading, mentoring students and young professionals, politics, education, local government and serving on the Kansas Autism Task Force and Citizens Advisory Board of Job Corps in Manhattan.
