Close of bidding
Automatic extension time is 60 minutes. The property will close at 09:30a.m. on December 2 and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a 60 minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last hour. The item will then close when 60 minutes have elapsed without any activity.
