Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Items will begin to close one item per minute at 10:00am CDT on Monday, February 18 and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file along with a $25 or 3% processing fee, whichever is greater. Items not removed by the required time frame will be forfeited and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyer's accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency for any delinquencies and storage fees yet unpaid.

  Items are located at Absolute Natural Stones Company, Inc. at 10909 E. Kellogg in Wichita, KS. Open business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. All merchandise may be picked up and inspected during the aforementioned business hours. Internet buyers have until Saturday, February 23 at 4 p.m. to remove all items.

Payment information
Internet buyers must pay for their merchandise at any Purple Wave location by 5:00pm on the day of the auction or from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Tuesday or Wednesday following the auction. We prefer wire transfer but also accept cash, checks, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa. Purchases over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged and additional 2% fee. Winning buyers should call 316.788.7253 or 785.537.5057 for an exact total and account routing information.

Item removal information
All items must be removed by 4 p.m. Saturday, February 23 from the auction location. You must have a paid reciept to remove any items from the location. Many of the imported items were taken out of the crates for display purposes and customer will be responsible for repackaging or crating. No manual labor will be provided. Fork lift will be available to load ready-to-ship pallets at no cost.
