Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
The items will begin to close one item per minute at 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday March 11, and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file along with a $25 or 3% processing fee, whichever is greater. Purchases not picked in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location or within two weeks, will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency for any delinquencies and storage fees yet unpaid.

• Kansas State University Advanced Manufacturing Institute
  Manhattan, KS
  Items are located at 510 McCall Road in Manhattan, Kansas. Questions should be directed to Scott Case, Jared Henry, or Rick Windhalz at 785.532.7044 or [email protected]. Inspection times are by appointment from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Pickup times are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Item must be picked up within one month from close of auction. Buyer responsible for all loading arrangements.
• Waverly Lumber
  Waverly, KS
  Items are located at 1758 25th Lane NE in Waverly, Kansas. Questions, inspection and pickup times should be directed to Steve Milliken at 785.733.2310 or 785.229.2013 or [email protected]. Items must be picked up by 4 p.m. on March 15.
  A forklift is available upon request.
• Olathe, KS
  Items are located at 15748 S. Mahaffie in Olathe, Kansas. Questions, inspection and pickup times should be directed to [email protected] or 913.207.6975. Items must be picked up by 12 p.m. on March 14.
• Purple Wave Hays facility
  Hays, Kansas
  Items are located at 2306 Vine Street in Hays, Kansas. Items are available for inspection Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Questions should be directed to Purple Wave Hays at 785.621.4725. Items must be removed from the facility by 5 p.m. March 13.

Payment information
Internet buyers must pay for their merchandise at the Purple Wave Auction, Inc. facility until 5 p.m. on the day of the auction or from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. We prefer wire transfer but also accept cash, checks, Little Apple Dollars, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa. Credit card payments require email authorization and will not be accepted over the phone. Purchases over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged and additional 2% fee. Note that the totals listed for multiple location auctions are estimates only and may not reflect actual sales tax. Winning buyers should call 785.537.5057 for an exact total and account routing information.

Item removal information
After having paid, merchandise must be removed in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location above.
