Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Please call before consigning merchandise. While we are always looking for quality consignments, available space can never be guaranteed. Internet bidding closes one hour before the auction begins. Internet listing will be complete by 10 p.m. CST on Thursday, April 17. Full payment for Internet purchases must be paid for and picked up no later than 3 p.m. Saturday, April 19.

Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file. If payment and pickup arrangements are not made by the required time, there will be a $10.00 handling fee assessed per item over 20 lbs and $5.00 for items weighing fewer than 20 lbs to your invoice as well as an additional $5.00 per item per day storage fee for all items without exception beginning the third business day after the auction. Purchases not picked up 14 days after the auction will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers' accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency.

  Mobile home is located at 3000 Tuttle Creek Blvd. lot 536 in the Colonial Gardens, Manhattan, KS. Inspection is available on Monday April 7 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Potential buyers are advised to contact Colonial Gardens directly at 785.539.5841 for leasing information. The new owner will need to be approved by Colonial Gardens in order for the mobile home to remain. The mobile home has passed a recent inspection by Colonial Gardens.

  Manhattan, KS
  Items are located at 2329 Ft. Riley Blvd Manhattan, Kansas. Questions should be directed to Tom Bonewitz at 785.564.0316. Inspection and pickup times are by appointment only.
• KDOR seized
  Manhattan, Kansas
  Items are located at 825 Levee Drive in Manhattan, Kansas. Inspection is available during business hours.

Payment information
For buyers attending the auction, payment must be made the night of the sale before removing any merchandise from the facility. Buyers who do not pay the night of the auction will be charged a $10 service fee for not paying and will be billed immediately. Internet buyers must pay for and claim their merchandise at the Purple Wave Auction, Inc. facility from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday or on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We accept cash, checks, Little Apple Dollars, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa. Credit card payments require email authorization and will not be accepted over the phone. Payments over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged an additional 2% fee. Payments of more than $1000 need to be made with wire transfer or check. Titles will be held until confirmation of funds is received.

Item removal information
Merchandise must be removed immediately after the auction unless prior arrangements are made or items were won by the Internet bidding system. Internet buyers have until 3 p.m. Saturday following the auction to remove all purchases.

Shipping
We ship by UPS only. For buyers interested in merchandise too heavy or large for UPS, or for buyers located outside the continental US, special contingencies must be arranged with us before placing bids. Please call 785.537.5057 or email [email protected] with all shipping inquiries and requests.
