Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Items will begin to close one item per minute at 10 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, April 29 and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file along with a $25 or 3% processing fee, whichever is greater. Items not removed by the required time frame will be forfeited and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyer's accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency for any delinquencies and storage fees yet unpaid.

  Items are located at 412 S. Summit Street in Arkansas City, KS. Questions should be directed to 620.506.8077. Pickup and inspection are by appointment only.

Payment information
Internet buyers must pay for their merchandise at either the Purple Wave McBride or any other Purple Wave facility by 5:00pm on the day of the auction or from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Wednesday or Thursday following the auction. We prefer wire transfer but also accept cash, checks, and up to $1000 on MasterCard or Visa. Purchases over $1000 on MasterCard or Visa will be charged and additional 2% fee. A wire transfer fee of $6 will be assessed on all wire transfers. Winning buyers should call 316.788.7253 or 785.537.5057 for account routing information. 7.8% Sales tax will be assessed on all purchases.

Item removal information
All items must be removed from Purple Wave McBride warehouse facility at 2300 N. Nelson Drive in Derby, Kansas on or before Friday, May 2 at 5 p.m. Items may be picked up between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. A paid receipt must be presented to remove items from premises.
