Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
The items will begin to close one item per minute at 10:00 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, May 6 and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file along with a $25 or 3% processing fee, whichever is greater. Purchases not picked in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location or within two weeks, will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency for any delinquencies and storage fees yet unpaid.

  Under no circumstances will bids be removed or refunds be issued. It is exclusively the responsibility of the buyer to examine and inspect merchandise before placing bids. Vehicles are located at the Kansas Highway Patrol impound yard, behind the VIN office, just south of the intersection of Gauge and I70 in Topeka. Questions about vehicles should be directed to Del at 785.256.3542. Items will be available for preview Monday, May 5 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other vehicle inspections and item removal available by appointment with Del. Vehicles with a salvage title must be hauled off, they can not be driven.

Payment information
Buyers attending the auction in person must pay for their purchased items on auction day. Buyers who do not attend the auction and who win via an Internet bid must pay for their purchased items by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day after the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. Cash and wire transfers in any amount will be accepted. Checks up to $10,000.00 will be accepted without a bank guaranty letter. Checks of $10,000.00 or greater will be accepted only with a bank guaranty letter or with prior approval from Purple Wave's credit department. MasterCard or Visa will be accepted only for charges up to $2,000.00, and only after email authorization or in-person signatures are obtained from the cardholder. Purple Wave reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.

Item removal information
After having paid, merchandise must be removed in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location above.

Shipping is not available on items in this auction.
