Consignment deadlines and listing completion
Please call before consigning merchandise. While we are always looking for quality consignments, available space can never be guaranteed. Internet bidding closes one hour before the auction begins. Internet listing will be complete by 10 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 28. Full payment for Internet purchases must be paid for and picked up no later than 3 p.m. Saturday, May 31.

Buyer's premium
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Fees and charges for failing to ctimely remove or pay for items won
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file. If payment and pickup arrangements are not made by the required time, there will be a $10.00 handling fee assessed per item over 20 lbs and $5.00 for items weighing fewer than 20 lbs to your invoice as well as an additional $5.00 per item per day storage fee for all items without exception beginning the third business day after the auction. Purchases not picked up 14 days after the auction will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers' accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency.

  Items located at 825 Levee Dr. in Manhattan, Kansas. Inspection and pickup times are Monday thru Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Payment information
Buyers attending the auction in person must pay for their purchased items on auction day. Buyers who do not attend the auction and who win via an Internet bid must pay for their purchased items by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day after the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. Cash and wire transfers in any amount will be accepted. Checks up to $10,000.00 will be accepted without a bank guaranty letter. Checks of $10,000.00 or greater will be accepted only with a bank guaranty letter or with prior approval from Purple Wave's credit department. MasterCard or Visa will be accepted only for charges up to $2,000.00, and only after email authorization or in-person signatures are obtained from the cardholder. Purple Wave reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.

Item removal requirement
Merchandise must be removed immediately after the auction unless prior arrangements are made or items were won by the Internet bidding system. Internet buyers have until 3 p.m. Saturday following the auction to remove all purchases.

Shipping
We ship by UPS only. For buyers interested in merchandise too heavy or large for UPS, or for buyers located outside the continental US, special contingencies must be arranged with us before placing bids. Please call 785.537.5057 or email [email protected] with all shipping inquiries and requests.
