Pratt and Whitney TF33 Turbofan with storage can. Model TF33-P11/RV. This unit has been stored outside in a turbine can for the past five years. Upon inspection, no corrosion was visible. No operating logs are available. The TF33 is the U.S. Air Force designation of the Pratt and Whitney JT3D turbofan engine. The TF33-P-11 series engine provided 16,000 lbs thrust and was used in the B-57 bombers.. 644987. National Gas Machinery Lab. Manhattan, KS Condition = 3 Sold as pictured, item has not been tested.
