Terms, conditions, explanations and information in addition to those listed on this page are found in the Buy section of this site and on the individual listing pages for all assets included in this auction. All terms, conditions, explanations and information are intended to be supplemental and complimentary to each other. They are incorporated by reference into this page, and collectively they govern this auction. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency among terms, conditions, explanations or information in the Buy section, the individual listing pages for assets and/or this page, the individual listing pages shall control this page and the Buy section, and this page shall control the Buy section. By registering to bid live and/or on the Internet, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions and you acknowledge receipt of all explanations and information made available by Purple Wave.

Consignment deadlines and listing completion
The items will begin to close one item per minute at 10:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, July 17 and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's premium
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file. If payment and pickup arrangements are not made by the required time, there will be a $10.00 handling fee assessed per item over 20 lbs and $5.00 for items weighing fewer than 20 lbs to your invoice as well as an additional $5.00 per item per day storage fee for all items without exception beginning the third business day after the auction. Purchases not picked up 14 days after the auction will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers' accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency.

Payment information
All payments must be made to a Purple Wave location. Buyers must pay for their purchased items by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day after the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. Cash and wire transfers (wire instructions) in any amount will be accepted. Checks up to $10,000.00 will be accepted without a bank guaranty letter. Checks of $10,000.00 or greater will be accepted only with a bank guaranty letter (letter requirements) or with prior approval from Purple Wave's credit department. MasterCard or Visa will be accepted only for charges up to $2,000.00, and only after email authorization or in-person signatures are obtained from the cardholder. Purple Wave reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.

Item removal requirement
After having paid, merchandise must be removed in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location above. A paid receipt must be presented to remove items from the premises.
