Terms, conditions, explanations and information in addition to those listed on this page are found in the Buy section of this site and on the individual listing pages for all assets included in this auction. All terms, conditions, explanations and information are intended to be supplemental and complimentary to each other. They are incorporated by reference into this page, and collectively they govern this auction. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency among terms, conditions, explanations or information in the Buy section, the individual listing pages for assets and/or this page, the individual listing pages shall control this page and the Buy section, and this page shall control the Buy section. By registering to bid live and/or on the Internet, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions and you acknowledge receipt of all explanations and information made available by Purple Wave.

Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
The items will begin to close one item per minute at 10:00 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, October 28, and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity. Your Internet bids are a binding offer to purchase, and you are responsible for honoring that offer as required by applicable law. By placing Internet bids prior to a live auction event, you authorize Purple Wave, Inc., or its affiliate to implement your bids at the live event.

Buyer's premium
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price.

Payment information
Buyers who win via an Internet bid must pay for their purchased items by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day after the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. Cash and wire transfers (wire instructions) in any amount will be accepted. Checks up to $10,000.00 will be accepted without a bank guaranty letter. Checks of $10,000.00 or greater will be accepted only with a bank guaranty letter (letter requirements) or with prior approval from Purple Wave's credit department. MasterCard or Visa will be accepted only for charges up to $2,000.00, and only after email authorization or in-person signatures are obtained from the cardholder. Purple Wave reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.

Item removal information
All items must be removed by Thursday, October 30 from the Purple Wave Dallas facility located at 701 Fort Worth Drive in Denton, Texas. Items are available for inspection Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pickup times are Wednesday, October 29, and Thursday, October 30, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Purple Wave may provide equipment or labor to assist with item loadout as a courtesy, but Purple Wave shall not be held responsible for safe loading, load security and safety, or damage to equipment, vehicles or persons occurring during or after the loadout process.

Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won
If the winning bidder's credit card information is on file with Purple Wave, that card will be charged for the total purchase price plus one $30 late payment fee if payment is not otherwise timely made. If no credit card information is on file or if the information is insufficient or outdated, a $30 late payment fee will be assessed for each partial or full day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items are not timely removed as required above, a $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per auction lot, per day. If an item is not removed within fourteen (14) days after the auction, the item will be considered abandoned property, with all of the buyer's rights and interests in the property extinguished. Purple Wave and/or the seller reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies.

Warranties
Purple Wave, Inc. has made no effort to determine whether a manufacturer warranty exists or applies to any items sold in this auction, and Purple Wave does not represent or warrant that any manufacturer warranty of any kind is available. Warranty coverage for items sold in this auction may be available through Square Trade, an independent third-party warranty provider, at additional cost to the bidder. PURPLE WAVE HAS MADE NO EFFORT TO CONFIRM WHETHER A SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY IS IN FACT AVAILABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC ITEMS SOLD AT THIS AUCTION AND, IF AVAILABLE, WHAT LIMITATIONS OR CONDITIONS MAY APPLY. BEFORE BIDDING, ALL BIDDERS SHOULD LEARN ABOUT AND UNDERSTAND THE AVAILABILITY AND SPECIFIC TERMS OF ANY SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY.

PURPLE WAVE CANNOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES ABOUT SQUARE TRADE WARRANTIES AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH SQUARE TRADE IN ANY MANNER. ALL SUCH INQUIRIES SHOULD BE MADE DIRECTLY TO SQUARE TRADE.

Shipping
Purple Wave does NOT provide shipping for this event. All items must be picked up at the auction site, 701 Fort Worth Drive, Denton TX, by the item removal deadline noted above.

Remotes and non-critical accessories
Remote controls, cables and additional accessories deemed not critical to the function of the item may not be present. Refer to the picture of the item for accessory completeness. All merchandise will include all accessories deemed critical to the function of the item. Remotes, pedestals, standard power cables and input cables are not deemed critical to the function of the item.
