Terms, conditions, explanations and information in addition to those listed on this page are found in the Buy section of this site and on the individual listing pages for all assets included in this auction. All terms, conditions, explanations and information are intended to be supplemental and complimentary to each other. They are incorporated by reference into this page, and collectively they govern this auction. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency among terms, conditions, explanations or information in the Buy section, the individual listing pages for assets and/or this page, the individual listing pages shall control this page and the Buy section, and this page shall control the Buy section. By registering to bid live and/or on the Internet, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions and you acknowledge receipt of all explanations and information made available by Purple Wave.

Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
The items will begin to close one item per minute at 10:00 a.m. CDT on Monday, November 24 and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's premium
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won
If the winning bidder's credit card information is on file with Purple Wave, that card will be charged for the total purchase price plus one $30 late payment fee if payment is not otherwise timely made. If no credit card information is on file or if the information is insufficient or outdated, a $30 late payment fee will be assessed for each partial or full day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items are not timely removed as required above, a $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per auction lot, per day. If an item is not removed within fourteen (14) days after the auction, the item will be considered abandoned property, with all of the buyer's rights and interests in the property extinguished. Purple Wave and/or the seller reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies.

Payment information
All payments must be made to a Purple Wave location. Buyers who win via an Internet bid must pay for their purchased items by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day after the auction. Every day except Sunday is considered a business day. Cash and wire transfers (wire instructions) in any amount will be accepted. Checks up to $10,000.00 will be accepted without a bank guaranty letter. Checks of $10,000.00 or greater will be accepted only with a bank guaranty letter (letter requirements) or with prior approval from Purple Wave's credit department. MasterCard or Visa will be accepted only for charges up to $2,000.00, and only after email authorization or in-person signatures are obtained from the cardholder. Purple Wave reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.

Item removal requirement
After having paid, merchandise must be removed in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location above. A paid receipt must be presented to remove items from the premises.

Shipping is not available on items in this auction.
